License Classes

Cloud Dashboard Licenses belong exclusively to the Service Class, offering advanced functionality for:

• Organization-based shared features.

• MSP portal multi-organization management.

Available Service Class license types include:

Shared AI Token License

• Shared AI Token License is Organization–based license that provides shared AI tokens to the organization’s shared AI token pool, making them available to all Cloud-AI–enabled EnGenius Cloud Cameras within the same organization.

• Enables advanced AI contextual video analytics.

• Ideal for: Multi-camera deployments with distributed or variable AI usage (e.g., offices, schools).

MSP License

• MSP License is MSP Portal–based license, designed for Managed Service Providers (MSPs).

• Enables cross-organization management, allowing MSP to consolidate and centrally operate all customer networks under their control via MSP Portal.

• Key benefits: Centralized multi-organization management, reduced deployment and maintenance costs, simplified setup for new customers, and improved operational efficiency and MSP satisfaction.
