# MSP License

The MSP License is an MSP Group–based license and is specifically designed for Managed Service Providers (MSPs). It supports cross-organization management, helping MSPs consolidate and centrally operate all customer networks under their management.

## <mark style="color:$primary;">Start Cross-Organization Management with MSP License</mark>

* Only users with **MSP Admin privileges** can access MSP Portal.
* **Each user account** can **ONLY** serve as the Admin for **one** MSP Group.
* Once assigned, the MSP License becomes **immediately active**, enabling the following cross-organization management functions:

Monitor device and license status across all organizations.

* **Centralized Monitoring:**\
  Centralized holistic view for multi-tenant (Organizations) oversight and control for all devices and license status

MSP Administrators can grant access rights to teams rather than individuals. When team changes are needed, updating the 'Team' list auto-reflects access across related Organizations or Networks

  Modify one “Team” list for automatic changes across linked Organizations or Networks.

The MSP Portal provides a unified place where MSP Administrators can register and oversee all devices and licenses to facilitate device relocation and ensure optimal inventory visibility, including upcoming license expirations.

  Control all the devices and licenses across tenants (Organizations) effortlessly from one platform.
* **Proactive Inventory Control:**\
  Easily stay ahead with device assignment and license expiry tracking.

## <mark style="color:$primary;">License Validity and Binding Policy</mark>

* Once added, the license is **immediately active**.
* **Not** support a **7-day undo period** once it has been successfully added to the MSP Portal.
* Adding **multiple** MSP licenses will **extend** the overall validity period of the MSP Portal.
* The same as other license types (e.g., Device Licenses), it also **supports** a **90-day activation window.**
