## Remote Support Passcode

EnGenius Support Passcodeは、ユーザーの身元を確認するときに、使われています。ネットワークのコンフィグに困ったときや、クラウド設定に困ったときに、メニューの右上&#x306B;**`Help`**　ボタンをクリックください。

リモートサポートを選び、**`Generate PASSCODE`**&#x3092;クリックします

There is an option here that you can decide how long the generated passcode is valid (from 1 hour to 7 days). By sending the generated passcode to EnGenius support team on LiveChat, support team can access your account temporarily to diagnose and resolve issues you've raised.

ここには、生成されたパスコードの有効期間(1時間から7日間まで）を決めるオプションがあります。LiveChatに、EnGeniusサポートチームへ生成されたパスコードを送ることにより、サポートチームは一時にユーザーのアカウントにアクセスし、発生した問題を診断して解決することができます。
