開始する前に、**ネットワーク環境で DHCP が有効になっていること**を確認してください。

EnGenius AI NVS（EVS シリーズ）は、初期設定では **DHCP サーバーから IP アドレスを動的に取得**するよう構成されています。ファイアウォールが設置されている場合は、**指定された IP アドレスに対する特定ポートへのアウトバウンド通信**を許可する必要があります。

AI NVS は、EnGenius Cloud サービスと通信するために **DNS サーバーを使用してクラウドサービスのホスト名を IP アドレスに変換**します。DHCP サーバーは NVS に DNS サーバー情報を提供し、正常な接続を可能にします。
